Taruin Ti'sdar

Taruin was high lord of the elves between 1A853 until his execution in 1A993. He is known for his incredibly xenophobic regime which led to many humanitarian crisis. After the events of The Great Goblin Exodus he was tried for "crimes against nature" and in 1A993 he was put to death.
